@PMU AI Terms of Use for Content Generation

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for content generation (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between you (the “User”) and Individual entrepreneur Anthony Wolf CEO of Kristalium Digital Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”) regarding the use of AI-generated content provided by the Company. By using the services of AI content generation, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Content creation functions

2.1. You can provide text or other user content (“Input data”) for processing by @PMU AI and receive generated content (“Output data”), including text, images, and other content.

2.2. Input data may include your text query, user content from your page, as well as information about style, tone, and your brand ID.

2.3. You guarantee that your ‘input data’, the use of @PMU AI and the results obtained will not violate applicable law, violate this agreement on the use of @PMU AI, our Content Rules and Requirements, infringe upon, violate or unlawfully appropriate the rights of third parties.

2.4. If you add ‘output data’ to your page, including in editor mode or in the published version of the page, this ‘output data’ is considered your user content and you are fully responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of your content.

2.5. You acknowledge that due to the specifics of machine learning and technologies underlying @PMU AI functions, the ‘output data’ may not be unique, and @PMU AI may generate identical or similar content for other users.

3. Your responsibilities

3.1. You are responsible for:

• Thoroughly reviewing all results (including, among other things, checking their accuracy and reliability) before publishing, distributing, displaying or otherwise using such Results.

• Decision to edit, delete and/or publish on your page or otherwise use the ‘output data’.

• Ensuring compliance of your ‘input’ and ‘output’ data with current legislation, this agreement on the use of AI for content generation, our Content Rules and Requirements.

3.2. You also do not have the right to use content creation functions for:

• Misleading end users or any other persons with access to the ‘output data’ that such content was created by a human.

• Creating results that: provide medical consultations or include information about the diagnosis or treatment of any disease; or provide legal or financial (including tax and investment) consultations.

• Create or use content to justify, aid, promote, or engage in any action: violence; that may result in death or physical harm; or that violates applicable laws.

• Providing ‘input data’, which is personal information about you or someone else, including, among other things, names, phone numbers, location, email addresses.

4. AI Software Providers

4.1. The results obtained using content generation functions are created by artificial intelligence software. We use both our own large language models (LLM) hosted on our servers and third-party artificial intelligence software services such as OpenAI.

4.2. By using the content generation function through @PMU AI, you consent to the transfer of ‘output data’ to AI software service providers.
